About the role
Capital Nexus Group is hiring an Operations Manager to streamline our ISO operations as we scale from 54 to 100+ brokers. You'll oversee deal processing, commission calculations, broker onboarding, funder relationship management, and technology implementation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and has experience in MCA or alternative lending operations. This is a high-impact role with a direct line to the Managing Director.
