With new disclosure laws in California, New York, and other states, this role is critical to our continued growth. You'll build compliance frameworks, manage disclosure requirements, and advise leadership on regulatory risk.
This is an ideal role for an attorney or compliance professional with MCA or alternative lending experience who wants to have a direct impact on company strategy.
