About the role
Pearl Capital Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our ISO Division. You'll manage relationships with 50+ ISO partners, recruit new ISOs, and drive submission volume growth. This is a leadership role that requires deep industry relationships and the ability to motivate and support partner organizations.
The ISO Division currently drives 60% of our total funding volume and we're looking to grow that to 80% by year-end. You'll have a dedicated support team and significant autonomy to execute your strategy.
