Merchant cash advance and revenue-based financing. Structures, factors, stacking.

Anyone else seeing funders tighten on 3rd position in the Southeast? Two declines this week, same reason code.
Yes. Georgia and Florida especially. Feels like one big portfolio got burned and everyone's reading the same data.
For the folks asking: Greenline's minimum is now 6 months TIB with $30K monthly deposits, and we're back to funding 2nd position on restaurants. Submission portal is linked on our profile.
Funder approved at 1.29, then retraded to 1.38 after I told the merchant. Third time this month from the same shop. How are you all handling retrades?
Unpopular opinion from the funder side: the stacking problem is a broker comp problem. If renewals paid like new deals, half of this goes away. We're piloting 1.5x renewal points starting next month.
Retrade policy at QuickFund: if we approve it, we fund it at that factor unless the bank statements change. Put that in writing for anyone who asks.
Also — renewals at 50% paydown are open again.
Straw poll — what's your current average factor on first-position restaurant deals under $100K?
That's the right answer. @Derek Wilson send me your retrade shop's name privately.
Done. Thanks all — moving that merchant to QuickFund.
